I am the heart and soul behind Rock & Rainbow Birthwork, your go-to full-spectrum community doula and certified lactation specialist, right here in the heart of St Paul, MN, and surrounding areas.

My mission is to walk alongside clients from the beautifully diverse tapestry of marginalized communities—shining a light on the incredible strength of the queer, neurodivergent, and systems-involved families of our community. Together, we navigate your journey with an evidence-based, inclusive, trauma-informed, and person-centered approach. It's all about building those deep, meaningful connections and fostering a strong sense of community and belonging.

When our paths diverge, my deepest hope is that you feel empowered, wrapped in a supportive network that lifts you up, confident in your decisions, and fully equipped with the resources you need to flourish in your next chapter.
